-Device Manager>Audio device on High Def
-Right click, Update Driver
-Say "no, not at this time" for connecting to Windows Update
-Select> Install from a list or specific location
-Select> Don't search I will choose the driver to install
-In the list of common hardware types,choose "show all"
-Remove the check from "Show Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk"
-Next...browse to C:\Swsetup\sp34200
-Choose the "inf" and ignore any protest from Xp Reboot.
